| 26-ES Wood hammer Hammer electrode. The 496 contact pins that come with the 26-ES penetrate 29mm (1⅛”) and have insulated shanks so that only the tips are exposed. The pins make contact only at their uncoated tips and provide much more accurate readings of moisture content at various levels of penetration. Also available as the 26-ED, which includes gauge to measure pin penetration depth.
Benefits This hammer electrode will easily check high density hardwood that short pins are unable to penetrate.
It will also easily penetrate through flooring to plywood sub-floor or concrete.

| 2-E Wood Fitted with the same 8mm (5/16") penetration pins that are mounted on our pin type meters
Benefits Electrode great for hard to read areas, and to minimize stress placed on the meter casing
Use on timber, poles and veneer
|
| 830-X Wood Pen electrode available in different lengths:
830-2 – 25cm (10”)
830-3 – 45cm (18”)
830-4 – 90cm (36”)
(Requires H-4 Handle)
Benefits For moisture measuring in sawdust |
| H-4 Handle for electrodes 830-x, 831 and 832
Benefits Useful for large or high density bales. Two handed operation is recommended over using an electrode that connects directly to the top of the meter (like our 1235 series) to minimize stress placed on the meter casing. |
| 19-E Wood Blade type electrode.
Available blade lengths:
125mm (5”)
300mm (12”)
450mm (18”)
Benefits Electrode designed for measuring in wood pellets, shavings, tree bark, etc. |
| 15-E Wood Pin type, with two rows of four pins each, maximum penetration 3mm (⅛"). Penetration can be adjusted according to stock thickness by means of gauge block
Benefits Used for veneer |
| 22-E Pin type, comes with A-111 uninsulated contact pins for 38mm (1½") penetration.
Will also accept 496, insulated pins, 29mm (1⅛”) penetration
Benefits For use on plaster, masonry and wood |
| 42-E/B T-handle electrode with 1cm (3/8") penetration.
Stickers must be at least 16mm (5/8").
Also offered in and 137cm (4 1/2 ft.) length as 42E/B/4.5
Benefits To check moisture in stacks in or out of the kiln |
| 4-E Pin type, comes with 4 uninsulated 2497/A-100 contact pins for 8mm (5/16") penetration
Benefits Use on kiln-dried boards up to 5cm (2") and on air-dried boards up to 32mm (5/4") |
| 18-ES hammer Similar as the 26-ES hammer but with deeper penetration option.
The 608 insulated pins that come with the 18-ES penetrate 8,25cm (3 1/4”) and have insulated shanks so that only the tips are exposed. The pins make contact only at their uncoated tips and provide much more accurate readings of moisture content at various levels of penetration.
Also available as the 18-ED, which includes gauge to measure pin penetration depth.
Benefits Ideal for timber, poles, and ties. |
